On 12 September 2024, 52 students from the BA (Hons) Interior Architecture and Design and Diploma in Interior Design programmes visited the Max World Manufacturing showroom and factory in Shah Alam. The study visit offered students valuable insights into the production process of interior design materials and products.
The visit began with a welcoming speech by Jack Chin, Group Managing Director of Max World, followed by a product briefing from the senior management team. The students were then guided through a detailed tour of the showroom, showcasing the company’s latest designs and innovations, before proceeding to the factory for a first-hand look at the manufacturing process.
Max World is one of the main sponsors for the students' Graduation Showcase, SQ 2024, demonstrating its ongoing support for the development of young design talent.
