It was a busy Wednesday afternoon but yet fun at the same time.
We started the humble session at 1:30pm with Mimi Loo of OSCA Malaysia as the MC of the event. With her bright cheerful personality, we students were driven passionately in the session.

It was an honor to have Dr Hardeep S.K too give us a precious sharing about ergonomics, the impact of lifestyle, living posture could impact us.

Who would have thought just by sitting daily on the chair without in the right ergonomic could impact us alot even by smaller details.
Thank you to all the organizers and companies from the industry in joining us at Lecture Theatre 1, FCUC North Building to share and also letting us to have an up-close experience with all the materials, furniture displayed.

Quote by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe "I dont want to be interesting. I want to be good."
It got me (editor) to think about how lifestyle could be changed with smaller details. It is not about what matters by the beauty we see in our eyes (but of course we love beautiful things), but not living/sitting in the right posture or striking to a wanderlust of 'beauty matters' but it does not do us good in lifestyle, what could be more crucial?
