And YES, we survived!
Hello again fellow IADians :) its time to reminisce back at some good old memories of our caving experience in Gua Tempurung last month. For those of you who missed out, FCUC's IAD club had put together a day trip to Gua Tempurung, a popular cave trekking spot located at Gopeng, Perak, which is also known to be on of the longest caves in peninsular Malaysia.
Our journey began at 9.30am, as we left college grounds and reached our destination at 11am for a short briefing on our upcoming adventure. We then began our 2 tours which comprised of a free and easy 1st tour as well as an extreme 2nd tour. All in all, we managed to climb up stairs and rocks, slide down steep slopes of natural stone, explore and go through cave openings and holes, as well as crawl through water, as we experienced the magnificent stone formations, saw bats, spiders, tiny scorpions and giant centipedes.
Overall, our caving journey was an incredible, unforgettable, fear-challenging, yet unregretted experience which allowed us to soak up the beauty of mother nature, form closer bonds with each other and practice teamwork.

Thanks to all who participated, we hoped you enjoyed it as much as we did!
